The hotel staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to help me. Offered to drive me to the ATM as I had no cash. They called me before every mealtime to check if I wanted to order food. Their driver took me to the theme park and waited for me. Excellent service!

The location of the hotel is convenient and close to some attractions. the room is spacious and has basic amenities like a TV and air conditioning. the bathroom has a hot shower and toiletries are provided. the breakfast is decent and served in a clean dining area. the view from the room is quite unimpressive.

The noise level in the hotel is unbearable, and it was hard to get a good night’s sleep.

The location was pretty decent with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plus, they had free Wi-Fi which was a major bonus.

Christmas at this hotel was a bit of a letdown. the staff seemed uninterested in making the holiday special and there was no festive atmosphere.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and a shopping mall. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and breakfast included in our stay. The room was spacious for two people and the bed was comfortable.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was not enjoyable. The power went out several times and we didn't have hot water for most of our stay.

Exceptional staff, enthusiastic greeting. Helpful in finding ATM. Phone calls to order food. Reasonable price for transportation. Couldn't do enough to please
